Zoila Llempen is a Peruvian economist and current student in the Master in Public Administration and International Development program at Harvard Kennedy School. Her areas of interest are related to decentralization, efficiency in the government for better provision of public services, and the design and implementation of social policies. In 2015, Zoila did an internship in India, helping the ASER Centre to design the evaluation of their early childhood development programs in Gujarat and Bihar. Before coming to HKS, she worked for the Peruvian government in both the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In her spare time, Zoila is a passionate amateur photographer interested in documentary photography.
