William B. Eimicke is the founding director of the Picker Center for Executive Education at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Previously, he served as director of fiscal studies for the New York State Senate and deputy commissioner of the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Dr. Eimicke later served as Governor Mario Cuomo’s deputy secretary for policy and programs, and from 1985-1988, was Commissioner of Housing for New York State, managing the state's six housing management, finance, and regulatory agencies.
