Mr. Donahue has 35 years of experience at federal, state and local levels, including 29 years with the DOJ, and has been responsible for designing and implementing hundreds of research, demonstration and dissemination programs as well as formula/block initiatives, including SVORI, a $110 million initiative to create prototypical juvenile and adult offender reentry systems in 50 states and approximately 100 participating communities. He has directed the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the Office of Planning, Management and Budget, and the Executive Office of Weed and Seed, the DOJ’s only neighborhood-focused comprehensive prevention, intervention and restoration strategy
