In his career, Sgt. Bray has worked in Patrol, Traffic, Training and Investigations. He has spent seventeen years as an investigative supervisor in the Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Bureaus working six years on the Gang Squad and eleven years in Vice Enforcement. He is a subject matter expert and statewide instructor on Human Trafficking for the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board. He has also worked as a subject matter expert for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training. He has guest lectured on Human Trafficking, the various aspects of prostitution, and organized crime at a variety of venues including Federal and State training conferences, the Arizona Narcotics Officers Association, Arizona State University and local community colleges. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Police Administration from Northern Arizona University and is a third generation native Phoenician.
