Magdalena Seol is a founder of an advisory firm based in Seoul dedicated to global development and public impact problems. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Secretary to the President of South Korea, managing the globalization arm of key agendas related to climate change and low-carbon economic growth. Before this, she supported changes and innovations in both the business and social sectors during her career as a management strategy consultant. She also worked with the OECD on innovation and integrity in public governance. She received her BA in International Relations from Seoul National University, followed by further graduate studies in International Development at Oxford University. She received her Master in Public Administration (Business and Government Policy) at Harvard Kennedy School in 2017.
