Dr. Zgoba manages all research and evaluation projects for the New Jersey Department of Corrections and outside agencies, publishes empirical offender analyses and program evaluations, and developed a 5-year Research Agenda.  At Rutgers she is an Adjunct Professor and instructs various undergraduate and graduate level courses.  She is the Principal Investigator on two National Institute of Justice Grants, and has conducted analyses and authored or co-authored numerous articles on treatment and recidivism of sex offenders, sex offender policies and residency restrictions.  She received her PhD in Criminal Justice from the Rutgers School of Criminal Justice, Center for Law & Justice.
