This report presents the vision of the Hualapai Tribes concerning the building of a Department of Justice, in particular concerning its mission and role. It also discusses some of the obstacles to the implementation of this vision, as well as some steps to overcome them. Finally, it outlines an organizational plan for the implementation of the Hualapai Department of Justice.
