Wilkinson oversees all activities of the Ho Chi Minh City-based Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (FETP), the preeminent public policy research and training center in Vietnam. Prior to joining the Vietnam Program he worked as a legal intern in Tokyo, an Internet entrepreneur in Boston, and a travel writer across Southeast Asia. He has studied Vietnamese history and literature at Vietnam National University and law at Harvard Law School. Wilkinson earned his bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies, with a focus on modern Vietnamese history, from Harvard University. He speaks fluent Vietnamese.
