Creating Your Most Effective Sustainability Strategy: What Cities and Counties Can Do

AUDIO INSTRUCTIONS - The audio for this event will be broadcast over the internet.  To listen you will need:

1) Sound card and speakers
2) Windows 2000 or higher
3) Windows Media Player 9.0 (10.0 or higher strongly recommended)

* Please check with your technical administrator that (A) your computer meets these requirements and (B) you have permission to download and install the java applet. (see "Windows-based console," below).

If you cannot listen to the free audio broadcast, you may still view the presentation, but must dial into the conference number to access audio (limited lines available).  Regular, domestic long-distance charges apply:

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click the "Live Meeting - Join Meeting" link at the bottom of this page

2. You should see a screen which includes "Meeting ID" and "Password" completed, but with the "Your Name" field blank. Enter your name and click JOIN MEETING.

3. At the next screen enter your e-mail address and affiliation, then click JOIN MEETING.

Windows-based console

In order to run the "Windows-based console" of LiveMeeting (which has additional features, including internet audio broadcast, not available on the "web-based console"), you may need to download a small java extension to your browser. If offered the option, select "Install and Join." Download may take a minute, after which you should be in our meeting. This only needs to be done once per computer. Windows 2000 or greater is required. (see screenshots)

Use the "web-based console" only if you cannot download and run the "Windows-based console."  You will be able to view the presentations, but must dial into the conference line to hear audio. (see screenshots)
