This is the 2001 annual report of the Rural Home Loan Partnership (RHLP), an entity created by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Housing Service (RHS), the Federal Home Loan Bank System, the Federal Housing Finance Board, and Rural LISC (a division of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation) to collaborate  with local community development corporations (CDCs) to create a more favorable climate in rural areas for lending to lower-income home buyers.
